Payment Policy
Maid Service: Payment is due upon completion of Cleaning. If you are not home during
cleaning please leave check on table or counter top. There will be a $5 charge if you forget to leave payment. If you forget
to leave payment the following visit, we will not clean untill payment comes current.
Construction Clean-Up: 30 day billing.
Move In\Out: Payment is due upon completion of cleaning. Payment policy is the
same as maid services policy. Please read above.
Rental Turnovers: 30 day billing.
Payment Method
We accept checks, money orders, cash for payment. We currently do not except credit
or debit cards. The will be a $30.00 charge on all returned checks.
Rescheduling & Cancellations Policy
There will be a $15.00 charge for cancelation made day of cleaning. Same fee
applys, if for some reason we can not gain access to home. If you or a family member are sick you will not be charged.
We will do our best to fit you in another day. If you decide not to have us clean on a holiday week, please let us know as
far ahead as possible because that slot can be filled quickly for most people are looking for a one time cleaning during the
holidays.
Tips
Adams Cleaning Service does not require tipping of employee's, but it is appreciated.
Any tips left on check or money order will be given to employee on there pay check.
